About the role

We are looking for a Practice Nurse with a background in Primary Care to join our established family practice located in Daisy Hill. You will be part of a dedicated team of General Practitioners, Allied Health Providers, Nurses and Reception staff committed to ensuring patients receive friendly and compassionate quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Health Assessments/Chronic Disease Management

• Travel and Childhood vaccinations

• Dressings and Wound Care

• Assisting GP's with minor procedures

• Managing medical supplies in treatment room

• ECGs, audiometry

• Triaging patients

• Recalls and reminders

• Iron Infusions

• Spirometry

• Sterilising

• Vaccine Management

• Stock Ordering

• Background in Primary Care
