• You own the relationships. We run the machine. Credit, documents, settlements: done for you. The platform turns scenarios into indicative terms in minutes. Your hours go into your book, not paperwork.
• No boss. No committees. Your deals go straight to the decision maker, answered in hours. Your diary, your patch, your calls. Judged on settlements, nothing else.
• A product set that sells. First and second mortgages, bridging through to 60 month terms, realistic LVRs, sensible valuations, fast settlements. Deals that die elsewhere get done here. That's what keeps your brokers loyal to you.
• None of the overheads. No funding lines to raise, no staff, no software bills, no office lease (though there's a CBD desk when you want one). All the upside of your own shop, none of the setup.

No salary, no ceiling, no one skimming your work. Paid monthly on every dollar you settle, from dollar one.

• Uncapped. Every settled dollar pays you.
• Accelerators. Your rate steps up as your volume grows.
• What it looks like. Settle $3m a month and you're around $150k a year. $5m a month puts you near $300k. Employees cap out, owners don't.
• The full schedule goes in writing before you commence.

• Hunt. Win deal flow through mortgage brokers and your own direct network. It's your book, and it goes where you go... up.
• Own a broker panel. Accredit them, back them, keep them coming back.
• Qualify hard. Know our box, bring deals that fit it ($100k-$5m, business purpose, property secured).
• Drive to settlement. Work each deal with credit to conditional approval and through to the money landing.
• Run a clean pipeline. Our platform, kept current, weekly cadence.
• Carry the brand. Industry events, broker rooms, the market. Business purpose lending only, no consumer or NCCP regulated business.

• A proven lending BDM or finance broker who's sick of building someone else's book, with a live network you can activate from week one.
• Fluent in first and second mortgages, LVRs and risk pricing. You can hold a credit conversation.
• Backs yourself. You've thought about going out on your own. This is that, minus the risk of starting from zero.
• Right to work in Australia, with an ABN (or ready to get one).
• Highly regarded: private lending or bridging experience; a warm broker book; comfort with AI tools. Running this alongside an existing role is fine where there's no conflict.

• Day 30: panel mapped, first brokers accredited, live scenarios in the pipeline.
• Day 60: first settlements on the board. First commission cheques in the bank.
• Day 90: repeatable flow from 5-10 active brokers. The book is yours, and it's compounding.
