TwoFold Lending is a growing mortgage and finance brokerage based in Dandenong, supporting home buyers, investors, self-employed borrowers and business owners across Victoria. We combine a broad lender panel with clear advice, responsive service and a practical approach from first conversation to settlement.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a driven Mortgage Broker to join TwoFold Lending as an independent contractor on a commission-only basis.
This is not a salaried role. It is designed for a self-motivated broker who values flexibility, wants uncapped earning potential and is ready to build long-term client and referral relationships. You will manage your own pipeline and client relationships while working under TwoFold’s professional brand and compliance framework.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build and maintain a quality pipeline through your own network, referrals and business-development activity• Meet clients, understand their goals and complete accurate fact-finds• Research and recommend suitable lending solutions in line with responsible lending and best-interests obligations• Prepare, submit and manage applications from assessment through to settlement• Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, conveyancers, accountants, agents and other referral partners• Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance, training and professional-development requirements• Deliver the kind of service that generates repeat business and genuine referrals

REMUNERATION
This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed base salary. The commission structure, treatment of trail income and applicable costs will be explained transparently before engagement. Actual earnings will depend on settled loan volume, product mix, clawbacks and the terms of the contractor agreement.
ABOUT YOU
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management is highly regarded• Currently accredited—or able to become authorised and accredited—to provide mortgage-broking services• Residential lending or mortgage-broking experience is preferred• A demonstrated referral network, existing pipeline or credible business-development plan• Strong communication, relationship-building and file-management skills• High personal accountability, attention to detail and commitment to compliant client outcomes• Additional language skills or strong community networks are welcome
