Operations Support

Doolans Heavy Haulage is an Australian, family-owned business operating across Australia. In WA, we provide OSOM logistics across a range of industries. We operate a substantial fleet of heavy haulage trucks and trailing equipment.

We are currently seeking an Operations Support professional to join our Team in Maddington.

 Reporting to the WA Operations Manager, you will form part of the operations group tasked with supporting our logistics, mechanical and administration Teams.

You will have daily interaction around planning, scheduling, permits and approvals, workshop procurement and general administrative tasks. Will include:

1. Liaising with Operations and planning Teams.

2. Coordinating and managing permit applications and approvals

3. Assisting with workshop and parts procurement.

4. Preparation of purchase orders and workshop.

5. Reconciliation of supplier invoices.

6. Data Entry (including supplier invoices).

7. Ad hoc duties across the workshop and administration space.

Essential: 

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·       The ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

·       A Methodical mindset with a strong attention to detail

·       A data entry skill set.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       High standard of personal presentation

 Must Have:

·       Current, clean Australian manual driver’s Licence.

·       Own Transport
