About the role

Shape how Are Media maximises the value of its digital advertising inventory into smarter commercial opportunities and sustainable revenue growth.

Sitting at the intersection of data, technology and commercial strategy, you’ll shape how we price, package and optimise advertising across some of Australia’s most iconic media brands. With visibility across direct and programmatic channels, you’ll uncover new revenue opportunities, influence key commercial decisions and help our teams bring more compelling solutions to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and yield strategy across digital advertising products, establishing commercial frameworks that protect inventory value and optimise revenue.
• Own digital inventory planning and forecasting, using performance data to identify risks, improve sell-through and unlock underutilised inventory.
• Partner with Sales and Client Solutions to develop commercially compelling packages and solutions that convert audience, inventory and market insights into incremental revenue.
• Build reporting, governance and trading processes that translate complex data into clear recommendations and support stronger commercial decision-making.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years’ experience in digital publishing, programmatic trading, pricing, yield management or inventory optimisation within the Australian media market.
• Strong technical expertise in Google Ad Manager, digital advertising products and monetisation across display, video, native and programmatic channels.
• Proven analytical and commercial capability, with experience using sell-through, eCPM, fill-rate and performance data to improve pricing and revenue outcomes.
• The confidence to simplify complex information, influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Sales, Ad Operations, Client Solutions and Finance.
