Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Adesa Services is growing, and we’re looking for an accomplished Commercial Roofing & Cladding Project Manager to take ownership of some of Western Australia’s largest and most exciting commercial projects.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows commercial roofing and cladding inside out.

You’ll be trusted to take a project from handover through to completion — build the programme, coordinate labour, manage procurement, lead supervisors and crews, work directly with Tier 1 builders, control costs and ultimately deliver.

The Role

You’ll have real ownership of your projects, including:

• Leading commercial roofing, cladding and façade projects from handover to completion

• Building and managing project programmes and construction sequencing

• Managing multiple Site Supervisors, subcontractors and installation crews

• Forecasting labour requirements and ensuring resources are where they need to be

• Managing procurement, material orders and deliveries well ahead of programme

• Working directly with Tier 1 builders, architects, consultants and suppliers

• Managing budgets, variations, forecasting and cost control

• Identifying potential issues early and solving them before they impact delivery

• Driving exceptional standards across safety, quality and productivity

• Building strong relationships with clients and representing Adesa at a senior level

Our projects range from large, fast-paced commercial developments through to technically complex architectural builds requiring detailed planning, coordination and execution.

What We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level Project Management position. We’re looking for someone who already has significant industry experience and can confidently take control of major projects.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ experience within commercial roofing and/or architectural cladding

• Proven experience delivering projects valued between $2M and $20M+

• Strong knowledge of long-run roofing, insulated panels, architectural cladding and complex flashings

• Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders

• Excellent programming, planning and organizational ability

• Strong procurement and material-ordering experience

• A thorough understanding of construction sequencing

• Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, variations and cost control

• The ability to lead supervisors and crews while maintaining excellent client relationships

• A proactive mindset — you anticipate problems rather than react to them
