Job Description Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the commercial property management function across the NSW portfolio.

Reporting to the Property Manager, this role will provide administrative and operational support across lease administration, tenant coordination, financial processes and reporting activities. Working closely with Property Management, Finance, Facilities Management and other service streams, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of property management services across assigned assets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the commercial property management teamAssist with tenant enquiries, communications and coordination activitiesMaintain lease records, property data and critical date trackingSupport rent invoicing, arrears processes and financial reportingCoordinate information between tenants, Property Managers and internal teamsSupport audits, inspections and compliance activities through accurate record keepingMaintain documentation in line with governance and operational requirements

About You

Experience in property administration, property management support or a similar roleExposure to commercial property portfolios desirableStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication and stakeholder coordination skillsConfidence using property management systems and reporting toolsRelevant qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline preferred
