Job Description Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Retail Property Administrator to support the retail property management function across the NSW portfolio.

Reporting to the Retail Property Manager, this role will provide administrative and operational support across retail lease administration, financial processes, retailer coordination and reporting activities. Working closely with Retail Property Managers, Finance, Facilities Management and Events teams, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of retail property services across high-profile public precincts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the retail property management teamAssist with retailer enquiries, communications and coordination activitiesMaintain retail lease records, property data and critical date trackingSupport rent invoicing, turnover rent, arrears processes and financial reportingCoordinate information between retailers and internal service teamsSupport inspections, audits and compliance activities through accurate record keepingMaintain documentation in line with governance and operational requirements

About You

Experience in property administration, retail property support or a similar roleExposure to retail or mixed-use property portfolios desirableStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication and stakeholder coordination skillsConfidence using property management systems and reporting toolsRelevant qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline preferred
