We’re looking for a Senior Performance Manager who will bring strategic channel direction and execution of performance marketing campaigns across mid to heavy weight clients. This role requires strong strategic skills, in-depth campaign analysis, and a focus on driving significant business impact through their team.

Key Details;

• $95-105K+super+bonus.
• Experience managing omni-channel platform strategy for 5-8 clients.
• Experience in an independent agency is highly regarded.

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-level performance strategies for large-scale, complex digital marketing campaigns.
• Optimise and analyse campaigns to drive superior performance outcomes across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and more.
• Understand client goals and develop best-in-class strategies to align with their business objectives.
• Deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to both clients and senior management.
• Act as a key client contact, managing expectations, challenges, and opportunities for long-term success.
• Drive strategic presentations, clearly demonstrating channel roles within the media mix.
• Ensure all campaigns meet KPIs, providing accurate scoping, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify client sensitivities and work proactively to strengthen relationships.
• Support business development, contributing to proposals, pitches, and research.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
