We are looking for a Senior Social Support Worker to join our Social Support team and help shape high-quality, person-centred programs that make a real difference every day. This is a dynamic blended role where you will combine hands-on client support with leadership, coordination and service oversight responsibilities across multiple sites.
Working closely with the Social Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting client wellbeing, strengthening engagement, contributing to care planning and driving continuous improvement across programs.
Your week will include both direct client-facing work and dedicated time for program coordination, staff support and service quality activities, ensuring consistency and excellence across all Social Support services.
