Executive Assistant x2

We’re partnering with a highly regarded mid-tier accounting firm to recruit two experienced Executive Assistants to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely welcoming and down-to-earth business with a fabulous culture, supporting a group of senior Partners within an established and highly experienced EA team.

With two long-standing EAs in the team, both having been with the business for more than 20 years you’ll have plenty of knowledge and support around you, as well as a one-week handover to help you settle into the role.

The Opportunities
There are two temporary positions available, commencing:

• Role 1: Monday 24 August
• Role 2: Monday 7 September

The Role
Supporting approximately 3–4 Partners, you’ll provide proactive day-to-day executive and administrative support, including:

• Diary and calendar management
• General executive and team administration
• Monitoring and managing a shared inbox
• Expense management and reconciliation
• Coordinating meetings and assisting with scheduling
• Supporting the broader team as required
• Managing ad hoc administrative tasks and priorities as they arise

About You
You’ll be an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous EA or PA experience
• Strong diary management and organisational skills
• The ability to confidently support multiple Partners or senior executives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle changing priorities
• Professional services experience would be highly regarded, particularly within accounting, consulting, legal or a similar environment

Flexibility & Culture
For the first few weeks, you’ll work four days in the office, with Fridays working from home. Once you’re settled into the role, there will be flexibility with the opportunity to work 2–3 days from home each week.
