Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £27,976.00 - £28,650.00 Per Annum with sleep ins paid at £46.01
Pay explained: Candidates appointed as a Qualified Support Worker will receive a salary of £28,650 per annum (£13.77 per hour), with an earning potential of £33,435.04, including sleep-in payments based on two sleep-ins per week. To be eligible for the Qualified Support Worker rate, applicants must hold either a Social Work Degree, a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Residential Care, or a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children and Adults). Candidates who do not hold one of these qualifications will be considered for the Support Worker position, which offers a salary of £27,976 per annum (£13.45 per hour) and an earning potential of £32,761.04, including sleep-in payments. Sleep-ins are paid at £46.01 per sleep-in. Both salaries are also inclusive of a £1,400.00 attendance bonus which is paid quarterly.

The nature of the role varies in pace, and you will be working directly with vulnerable young people who have adverse backgrounds and require trauma-informed care.
