Join our Customer Service Team

Fino Foods imports and distributes premium ingredients to leading restaurants, delis, and retailers. We're a small, friendly, and dedicated team that takes great satisfaction in connecting the produce of our amazing producers with some of the country's best chefs and retailers.

About the Role

You'll be a friendly, helpful point of contact for our regular customers by phone and email. You'll help process orders, provide customer advice on our products and services, and onboard new customers. You'll also assist with account and business administration tasks such as filing, and processing statements and invoices.

You don't need previous food industry experience, but a love of good food and the culture of hospitality is a must. Likewise, you don't need previous office administration experience, as long as you have strong attention to detail and can be trained on basic business software.

You'll receive extensive, ongoing training in our range of specialty ingredients, such as cheese, smallgoods, and olives. We'll also provide training on our business software, including NetSuite and HubSpot.

This role is flexible on hours, though we'd ideally like someone available at least 3 days a week.

• Answer customer calls and emails

• Process orders accurately

• Onboard new customers

• Follow up on delivery and product queries

• Build relationships with regular customers

• Assist with invoicing and account support

• Help manage office supplies and equipment
