Administration Team Member

The Job

Are you an enthusiastic, reliable and organised person looking for a flexible full-time position? We’re looking for a motivated person to join our friendly administration team at our Browns Plains office. If you’re happy with early starts and enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

No experience? No problem! Full training will be provided, so we’re happy to hear from people who are eager to learn and develop their skills. Previous administration or customer service experience would be an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Good with numbers and problem solving

• Customer Service/Administrative experience

• Exposure to MYOB accounting software

• Exposure to operating computers and landline phones

• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work as part of a team

• Confidence dealing with customers by phone and email

• Good general computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems

Tasks & responsibilities

• Receiving and making phone calls

• Using our custom software application

• Reading and understanding new home building plans

• Entering plan and purchase order information

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
