Construction Supervisor

Join our team as a Construction Supervisor delivering critical water and sewer renewal projects across Victoria

The opportunity

We're delivering key water and sewer renewals for GWW under a long-term framework, and we need a Construction Supervisor to keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Based in Campbellfield, you'll be on the ground leading crews, managing subcontractors and driving delivery across civil works like water main renewals and sewer rehab.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day site operations across water and sewer projects
  
• Lead crews and subcontractors to hit safety, quality and program targets
  
• Keep projects on track, monitor progress and adjust where needed
  
• Drive a strong safety culture and Zero Harm mindset
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships onsite, including client reps and community
  
• Ensure all work meets Downer and GWW standards

What we're looking for

• Solid experience in water/sewer or civil construction
  
• Strong supervisor experience leading crews and subcontractors
  
• Tickets: Confined Space, Trenching & Shoring, Working at Heights (or similar)
  
• Safety-first mindset with proven site leadership
  
• Confident communicator who can manage teams and stakeholders
