About the Role

• You’re the welcoming face of our practice and will warmly greet patients!

• Answer phones and respond to patient enquiries

• Utilise Word, Excel, and TOPS for patient management tasks.

• Proactively assist with additional administrative tasks

• Work closely with the wider orthodontic team to ensure exceptional patient care

• Complete mathematics tasks when required

About You

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Reception or Front Desk role

• Previous Dental or Medical admin experience would be an advantage

• You are upbeat, energetic and bring a can-do attitude to the team

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

• Fantastic communicator, you enjoy engaging with customers and building rapport
