This isn't your typical Service Coordinator role.

You're not here to simply coordinate schedules or process paperwork.

You'll play a key role in helping our customers choose the right service solutions, coordinating our field technicians and ensuring we continue delivering the exceptional service we're known for.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different, but your role will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling our field technicians to maximise productivity and efficiency.

• Preparing tailored quotations based on customer requirements.

• Explaining our service options and helping customers choose the solution that best suits their business.

• Following up quotations and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.

• Proactively rebooking recurring servicing and compliance work.

• Building long-term relationships with customers.

• Looking for smarter ways to improve workflows, operational efficiency and the service we deliver to our customers.
