We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team and work closely alongside our experienced Property Managers and Business Owners.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some real estate or property management experience who wants to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility over time and build a long-term career in a supportive independent agency.

As Assistant Property Manager, you'll be involved across the day-to-day management of our portfolio rather than being confined to one small part of the process.

Working alongside our Property Management team, you'll assist with tenant and landlord communication, inspections, leasing, property maintenance and general portfolio management.

Importantly, this is a role designed to develop with you.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities, providing a genuine pathway toward becoming a Property Manager and managing your own portfolio — without being rushed into it before you're ready.

To succeed in this position, you will ideally possess:

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Current Driver Licence

• Previous experience in property management, leasing, real estate or a strong customer service environment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and time-management ability

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Confidence communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• A willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility

• Professional presentation and a positive, solutions-focused attitude

• The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team

• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional service

• Availability to work Saturdays as required

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our Property Managers with the day-to-day management of properties

• Communicating with landlords and tenants

• Conducting routine inspections

• Preparing Entry and Exit Condition Reports

• Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-up

• Managing tenant enquiries

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Processing tenancy applications and reference checks

• Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy commencement

• Preparing and launching rental marketing campaigns

• Providing updates to landlords

• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records

• Assisting with general portfolio administration

• Supporting the wider Property Management team wherever required
