This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Advisory Manager or Senior Manager seeking greater autonomy, leadership responsibility and long-term career progression within a respected national advisory environment. 

The Role: 

• Manage a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients across a range of industries 

• Deliver high-quality financial reporting, tax compliance and advisory services 

• Provide commercial insights and strategic guidance to privately owned businesses 

• Oversee complex engagements and ensure work is delivered to a high technical standard 

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders 

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants within the advisory division 

• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide technical guidance and support 

• Manage workflow, deadlines and client expectations across multiple engagements 

• Drive team performance, collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives 

• Contribute to practice development and the ongoing growth of the advisory division 

About You: 

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business with an Accounting major 

• CA or CPA qualified 

• Proven Australian experience within Tax & Business Services or Business Advisory 

• Previous experience in a Management or Senior Supervisory role within professional services 

• Strong technical capability across financial reporting, taxation and advisory engagements 

• Leadership experience mentoring, reviewing and developing team members 

• Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical business advice to clients 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines 

• Professional, client-focused and motivated to build long-term client relationships
