We’re currently seeking a career-minded kitchen professional with a strong work ethic, passion for food, and excellent communication skills to join our dynamic and growing team.

We have positions available for Casual and Salary employees:

-          Sous Chef - Full time position

-          Chef de Partie - Casual positions

-          Commis Chef - Full time & Casual positions

The venues operate 7 days a week, you must be available to work a flexible roster with weekend and evening work.

Skills & Experience:

-          Genuine passion for cooking and working in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen.

-          Ability to follow venue menu planning and preparation processes.

-          Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.

-          A keen eye for detail with a proactive, positive attitude.

-          Solid business acumen and understanding of efficient kitchen operations.

-          Proven ability to lead by example and foster a creative, organised, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

-          Excellent organisational and time management skills.

-          Self-motivated, with a drive to continuously challenge yourself and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

-          Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

-          Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen or restaurant environment.
