About You

You are experienced in residential construction. You might be a builder or just be an experienced tradesperson looking for a change from daily on-site grind, or looking to give the body a rest and take advantage of your built-up knowledge whilst easing into retirment. 

Alternatively you are currently working in an estimating role and looking to utilise your skills and enter the building industry in a challenging, exciting and rewarding role. 

Job Summary

Primary role will be reading & interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to estimate quantities and values as part of our quotation process. We will provide the software and systems training. 

Qualifications and Skills

Our main requirements are

• Sound knowledge of Timber Roof Trusses, Framing, Floor Trusses

• Strong communicator and team player

• Detail orientated, organized and customer focused
