Administration Officer & Merchandise Sales

About the Role

Norco AgriSolutions Woolgoolga is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer & Merchandise Sales team member to join our friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This diverse, hands-on role plays an important part in the day-to-day success of our retail store. Working closely with the Store Manager and wider team, you will support business operations across administration, inventory control, purchasing, customer service, supplier management and merchandise sales.

Whilst administration forms a significant part of the role, you will also be an active member of our retail store team, contributing to merchandise sales, customer service, stock management and general store operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a busy team environment.

You'll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in helping customers and supporting one another.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• General office administration and business support
• Daily banking and cash reconciliation
• Processing supplier invoices and credits
• Managing inventory records and stock accuracy
• Supporting purchasing, ordering and stock control activities
• Providing outstanding customer service and sales support
• Assisting customers with product enquiries, sales and quotations
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Maintaining store presentation and merchandising displays
• Supporting new product launches and merchandising initiatives
• Assisting with store improvement projects
• Assisting with stock receipting, dispatch and stocktakes
