Dental Practice Growth Strategist

About the role

You will take ownership of the patient journey, from the first enquiry through to treatment follow-up, retention and ongoing care. You will identify where opportunities are being overlooked, understand why patients disengage and develop considered strategies that lead to measurable improvement. This is a hands-on role requiring more than ideas and reports. You will implement initiatives, engage the team and remain accountable for ensuring agreed strategies are followed through.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete new-patient journey and personally manage important enquiries

• Develop thoughtful and effective systems for treatment follow-up

• Improve recall engagement, patient retention and reactivation

• Evaluate marketing performance and the quality of incoming enquiries

• Identify opportunities and weaknesses throughout the patient journey

• Strengthen front-office communication through coaching and guidance

• Monitor key growth indicators and translate data into practical action

• Work as a trusted right-hand person to the owner, turning priorities and ideas into well-executed initiatives

About you

• Substantial dental industry experience is essential

• Understanding of dental terminology, comprehensive treatment and how patients move through a dental practice

• Exceptional communicator who builds trust naturally with patients, clinicians and team members

• Demonstrated experience in dental practice growth, treatment coordination or patient conversion

• Strategic and analytical thinking, supported by confidence with numbers

• Ability to recognise opportunities others may overlook

• Strong organisation, initiative and consistent follow-through

• Confidence to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

• Ability to influence, coach and bring people with you

• Professional maturity, discretion and emotional intelligence
