Area Sales Manager – AUS & NZ – Trauma

We’re partnering with a growing medical device company seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Trauma sales professional to drive commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a field based position with responsibility for expanding market share, developing surgeon and hospital relationships, managing distribution partners and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

• 3+ years of Orthopaedic Trauma sales experience
• Recent experience within trauma products during the last 12 months
• Strong knowledge of plates, screws and fixation systems
• Proven track record selling into hospitals and working with orthopaedic surgeons
• Commercially minded with strong business development skills
• Willing to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand

• Growing sales and market share across the territory
• Developing relationships with surgeons, hospitals and key decision makers
• Managing and expanding distributor networks
• Identifying new business opportunities and market trends
• Supporting commercial activities, forecasting and territory planning
