Customer Care Team Member

Come and use your exceptional customer service skills for good, supporting us to take our fast growing, planet loving shoe brand through our busiest time of year!

This is a seasonal casual role running from September 2026 to March 2027, covering our peak trading period. It’s a great way to get a foot in the fashion door with a growing, values-led brand.

Hours: 15 hours minimum per week (preferably available Mondays and Wednesdays)
Pay: $34.76 per hour (General Retail Industry Award – MA000004)
Location: Hybrid, based from our Richmond office (Melbourne)

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A knack for turning a tricky situation (like a delayed order) into a moment that makes someone smile
• Comfortable managing a busy workload, especially during a high-volume period
• A positive attitude and playful personality
• Interest in sustainable fashion
• Preferred but not essential: experience using Shopify/Gorgias or similar

We’re a small, mainly Melbourne-based team with an office in Richmond. This is a hybrid role – applicants will need their own laptop and internet access. We come together in the office a couple of times a week to collaborate, usually with at least one dog joining us.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering general customer service questions, tracking orders, and assisting with product, postage and returns queries
• Supporting our Customer Service Specialist and Operations Manager, especially through the holiday rush
• Quickly and accurately identifying customer needs to provide a suitable resolution and an exceptional experience
• Communicating with customers on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
• Responding to customers using language and tone that’s true to the TWOOBS brand – so lots of fun!
• Going above and beyond for our customers, which sometimes means hand delivering orders or running errands to make their experience unforgettable
