About Us

We provide specialist dental care to children from birth through adolescence, creating a calm, gentle, and respectful experience for every child and family. We are a small team that works closely together and takes pride in delivering high-quality care while supporting one another.

Our team includes:

• 1 Paediatric Dentist

• 2 Dental Assistants

No two days are the same—this role offers variety, learning, and genuinely meaningful work.

About the Role

This is a full-time, long-term position. If you are new to dentistry, don't worry—we provide full training and hands-on mentoring for the right trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting

• Reception and patient coordination

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Supporting smooth day-to-day practice operations

• Working across our private practice in Kew and hospital setting in Clayton

• Have minimum VCE education

• Hold current Australian work rights

👉 No dental experience required for trainees — a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.

Salary Guide

• Trainee: Award-based with regular reviews

• Experienced Dental Assistant: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  (Salary discussed openly at interview)

Role Details (Non-Negotiable)

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• No weekends or late nights

• Work across Kew and Clayton

• Reliable car and current driver's licence required

• Probationary licence holders are welcome to apply
