Who we're looking for:

An experienced Site & Operations Manager for a small yet efficient concreting team, here on the beautiful Surf Coast!

Our crews work across Surf Coast, Geelong and The Bellarine focusing on residential, commercial and decorative concrete work. We specialise in a spectrum of works all the way from house slabs and driveways to large-scale commercial applications and sometimes, smaller architectural projects, outdoor kitchens, hardscape and floating steps.
 

If you're a gun Site Manager with concrete experience, great culture and good work ethic able to manage detailed projects and meet deadlines, get in touch!

Job Overview:

As a Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects - start to finish. You'll be:

• Managing crew and logistics

• Signing off sites ready for pour days

• Client-facing site inspections and measure ups

• Comprehending plans and scheduling/managing budgets accordingly

Your work will ensure that the projects we run happen on-time, on-budget and to a high standard - keeping our stellar reputation for high quality work, intact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading structural + architectural plans

• Assess and judge quality of form work and be able to correct

• Be on the tools when needed (ideally this is minimal) - screed/ finish or form work

• Plan and manage jobs and execute to a high standard finish

• Ensuring quality assurance checks and protocol is followed

• Manage, delegate/direct crew members

• Manage and schedule subcontractors/concrete pumps

• Communicate with concrete plant and concrete pumps

Requirements:

• 5 years Site Operations/ Supervisor Manager experience

• 10 years concreting experience

• Physically fit

• Construction White Card

• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• Concrete finishing skills

• Form work skills

• Experience with all aspects of concreting

• Medium-rigid + excavator + skid steer tickets (ideal but not required)
