About you

You don’t need a travel CV — you need a love of travel and a sharp eye for detail. You’re the person who spots the typo everyone else missed, takes pride in getting things exactly right, and gets a kick out of a job well done. You’re calm when deadlines are tight, organised by nature, and happy to pitch in for your team.

What you’ll be doing

•    Checking flight details — numbers, dates, times, routing, class and passenger name spelling

•    Verifying accommodation and sightseeing details are correct

•    Checking pick-up and drop-off details for transfers and sightseeing

•    Double-checking anything booked online against the master itinerary

•    Emailing finalised documents to agents and clients

•    Supporting the wider reservations team — and learning how it all works as you go

What you’ll bring

•    Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

•    Clear, professional communication with agents and clients

•    A calm, accurate approach even when deadlines are tight

•    Confidence with computers (Microsoft Office); we’ll train you on our booking systems

•    Bonus, not required: travel industry experience or a travel & tourism qualification

You’ll know you’re succeeding when

•    Documentation errors are minimal to zero

•    Documents are issued within agreed turnaround times

•    Agents and clients consistently give positive feedback
