On- site Management Couple

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated couple or team of two to take on the onsite management of a well-established family-friendly holiday resort on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. This resort is a favourite destination for families. The successful applicants will be supported by experienced business owners who bring a wealth of industry knowledge and will be on hand to provide guidance and advice throughout the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and help grow the business

• Rebuild and expand a loyal customer base

• Manage resort operations and Body Corporate responsibilities

• Carry out gardening, maintenance, and minor handyman tasks

• Promote the property and drive bookings through marketing and social media

• Provide excellent communication and customer service

About you

• Resident Letting Agent licence as a minimum requirement (Real Estate Licence preferred)

• Proficiency in REI Master and MYOB accounting software

• Sound knowledge of Body Corporate operations and legislation

• Gardening, maintenance, and willingness to carry out minor handyman tasks

• Marketing and social media experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Current ABN required
