Business Analyst with Fineos

·       Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working on Fineos platform as a Business Analyst.

·       Must have exposure to the business process workflows in Fineos.

·       Must possess end-to-end knowledge in case/claim creation and benefit processing flows.

·       Must have exposure in payment calculation logics for different beneficiaries like worker, spouse and dependents if any.

·       Must have knowledge of integration and its integrated applications like Portals and Guidewire.

·       Engage with Product owner and Business SMEs to get the scope information for current and future releases Preparing and hosting the elaboration session along with Development team, Test team and Product owner to understand the requirement of a story and to come up with story estimates.

·       Responsible for clarifying the queries raised from elaboration session from project team.

·       Responsible for creating stories, features in JIRA board for the defined scope planned in the program increment. Prioritizing the user story for each sprint based on the discussion from the project manager and business.

·       Effectively participating in all business meetings to gather requirements from stakeholders.
