About the role
As a Customer Service & Dispatch Administrator at our South Dandenong facility, you will support the coordination of customer orders, dispatch activities, and inbound goods processing.
This role is ideal for someone with previous customer service, administration, or warehouse experience who enjoys working in a hands-on environment while supporting office-based tasks.
You will work closely with the warehouse team, couriers, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and enter data accurately into internal systemsAssist with coordinating dispatch and booking freight with couriersSupport picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment when requiredCheck and receipting inbound goods into the systemAllocate and update inventory recordsProvide phone and email support to customers and internal teamsAssist the sales team with general administrative tasksMaintain accurate documentation and recordsFollow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures
About You
Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, or warehouse supportComfortable working in both an office and warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and basic numerical skillsGood organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasksConfident communication skills (written and verbal)Basic to intermediate MS Office skillsExperience with ERP or inventory systems (desirable but not essential)Valid driver’s licence (preferred)Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
