Customer Service & Logistics Administrator

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator at Limbs & Things Aust PTY LTD, based in our Dandenong South, VIC office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and online channels

• Processing customer orders and managing inventory levels

• Coordinating product shipments and overseeing the logistics workflow

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and orders

• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the broader team

• Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

About you

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data and maintain records

• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

• Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and speed

• Must have permanent right to work in Australia
