Hospitality Supervisor – Bar & Bottle Shop

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys leading a team, delivering great customer service and keeping operations running smoothly?

Tewantin Noosa RSL is looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to lead our Bar team while overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Bottle Shop and cellar. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to combine leadership, customer service and stock management.

Must be available weekends, nights and public holidays. Especially Thursday early morning, Friday & Saturday.

About the Role

Reporting to the Beverage Manager and Venue Manager, you'll:

• Lead and support the Bar team during shifts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Oversee the Bottle Shop and cellar operations.

• Manage stock, deliveries, stocktakes and merchandising.

• Ensure RSA, WHS and Club procedures are followed.

• Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards.

• Assist with promotions, ordering and inventory control.

• Help create a positive team culture while supporting the day-to-day operation of the department.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has previous experience in a licensed hospitality venue.

• Enjoys leading and motivating a team.

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Has a current RSA (essential).

• Holds a Forklift Licence or is willing to obtain one (preferred).
