Customer Service Representative/Driver

ZircoDATA is one of Australia's leading providers of information management solutions to the Australian market. We provide a wide range of services including records management, document management, vital records archive storage, data protection services and document destruction. 

We are looking to grow our team in our Footscray, Victoria Record Centre site with a driven and experienced Customer Service Representative/Driver.  Working as part of the Operations team by providing excellent service to our customers as well as support the team at the Record Centre on a day-to-day basis, this role contributes to the safe and timely delivery, & collection of customer records including:

• Delivering & collecting of customers cartons as required - up to 40 multi-stops a day.

• Loading & unloading of cartons

• Collection, processing and handling of freight con-notes and other freight documentation.

• Identifying additional business opportunities with both existing customers and potential new customers

You will be the face of ZircoDATA. This means, from arrival through to departure, you enjoy connecting with people, are confident in your ability to communicate, handle confidential information and also be known for being a courteous and environmentally conscious team member.

To be successful for this role applicants must have: 

• A clean current driver’s license

• Great customer service 

• Experience in deliveries in a similar role

• Use of PDA - scanning all items off and on a van 

• Ability to building rapport with top tier blue-chip clients

• Absolute professionalism from personal appearance through to liaising with clients

• Geographical knowledge of Footscray and surrounding areas

• Attention to detail, following processes and accuracy is crucial

• Safety awareness

• Ability to pass a Police Check

• Willingness to assist other departments within a warehouse setting
