Supervisor, Visitor Experience (Venues)

About the Role

You will lead and support our Visitor Experience team in delivering outstanding customer service to our visitors and to ensure the efficient and effective operation of their assigned front of house venue. You will be experienced in resolving customer issues in a professional, timely manner, whilst ensuring the operational needs of the Visitor Experience team are being met. 

Hours of work vary, with most events at night and on weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday.

Casual position. Salary band 2.2 $34.13 per hour plus 25% casual loading and superannuation.

• Significant experience in supervising, motivating and improving the performance of teams

About the Team

The Ticketing & Visitor Experience team sits within the Destination and Audience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit.

The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Welcome Team, Stage Door, Guided Tours and Applications that support all of these areas.
