Internal Sales Consultant-Domestic Relocations

Australians are always on the move and moving home is one of life's biggest events.

At Transcorp Removals & Storage, we help people navigate that transition with professionalism, care, and confidence. Established in 1987, we are a multi award-winning Australian relocation company specializing in home and office removals and storage solutions across the country.

We are currently looking for another outstanding person to join our Domestic Relocations Sales team.

This is an inbound sales and customer service role focused on helping customers find the right moving and storage solutions for their individual needs. No cold calling. No weekend work.

If you are highly organized, communicate well with people from all walks of life, and enjoy guiding customers through a process from beginning to end, we would love to hear from you.

Base Salary is $70,000.00 P.A with a generous uncapped commission structure.

Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm no weekend work. (Yes, you can work from home if you've done this before.)

What the role involves

• Responding to inbound sales enquires by phone and email

• Following up website enquiries

• Preparing removal and storage quotations 

• Coordinating additional services including car and pet transport

• Managing customer relocations from first enquiry through to completion.

• Providing practical solutions tailored to each customer’s circumstances

• Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners

About you

You may come from a sales, customer service, administration, or coordination background. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, and genuinely care about customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Calm, organised, and methodical

• A confident and professional communicator

• Able to manage multiple tasks and moving parts

• Solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Motivated by helping customers and achieving results

• Able to work autonomously while still being part of a supportive team

Previous experience in the removals industry would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

• Base salary of $70,000 – $75,000 plus uncapped commissions

• Monday to Friday role — no weekends
