The Role: 

• Manage and deliver tax compliance and advisory projects across income and employment taxes, including structuring, restructuring and M&A activity  

• Maintain a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and provide insightful commercial advice  

• Mentor and train staff, sharing technical knowledge and fostering professional development  

• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in tax legislation  

• Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Corporate Tax Advisory division  

• Build strong client relationships, adding value and supporting strategic decision-making  

About You: 

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)  

• Proven experience in tax advisory within a public practice environment  

• Strong technical knowledge of tax effect accounting, tax return preparation, and advisory projects  

• Experience supervising and leading a team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture  

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly  

• Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation, time management and attention to detail  

• Professional, client-focused and committed to becoming a trusted business advisor
