Site Manager/Foreman

Sublime Electrical is an established, medium sized Electrical business working on commercial construction/refurbishments projects. 

We have secure large projects for the next 12 months and have a strong pipeline of future upcoming projects.

We are currently completing projects valued between $150k and $3.5mil in the following sectors; 

• School Construction projects

• School refurbishment projects

• Aged Care 

• Parks and Sports Field Lighting

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager/Foremen to join our thriving team.

This is a full-time long-term position.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Review of project plans and specification to ensure a complete understanding of the project.

• Leading the site team to complete tasks within the allocated labour and material budgets.

• Follow the company WHS systems to ensure safe working conditions for the site team.

• Communicate with the project manager to ensure labour and materials are organized in advance.

• Maintaining all tools, plant and equipment on site to a high standard.

• Undertake quality assurance inspections and complete QA check lists.

• Liaising with builder for daily site co-ordination.

• Manage our sub-contractors to ensure construction programs are met.

To be successful, you will:

• Have commercial electrical experience in projects of a similar nature.

• Be Punctual and reliable.

• Be able to accurately read specifications and interpret plans.

• Have strong communication skills.

• Have high attention to detail and high-quality finishes.

• Have the ability to coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner.

• Possess a positive, motivated attitude.

• Be able to communicate in a clear and courteous manner.

• Be able to work well in a team environment.

• Be flexible and able to work autonomously.

• Hold a current NSW drivers’ licence and a vehicle for transport.

• Hold a current Electrical Licence

Ideally you will have at least 5 years post trade experience. If you can show us you are organised, have the technical knowledge, can deliver high-quality finishes, and contribute to a growing business you will be well in front of the rest. This is a full-time long-term position.
