Customer Liaison – Warranty Support (Entry Level)

Stoney Creek Campers is a family-owned business, proudly manufacturing and selling a wide range of Camper Trailers and Hybrid Caravans. As an industry leader in the RV market for over 30 years, we continue to grow with showrooms across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team in an entry-level role supporting warranty enquiries and customer liaison. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment while learning about our products and services. 

The Role: 

• First point of contact for warranty-related customer enquiries (phone & email) 

• Liaising with customers in a professional and supportive manner 

• Logging and tracking warranty claims in our system 

• Assisting the service and parts team with administration 

• General office duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation

The Successful Candidate Will Have: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• A professional and friendly manner with a customer-first approach 

• Ability to show initiative and work both independently and as part of a team 

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & email essential) 

• Organised, punctual, and willing to learn 

• Current Driver’s Licence (CRM experience a bonus, but not essential)
