We're seeking an experienced Tax & Business Services Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with a partner and assist in the supervision and training of other team membersReview Financial Statements, Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies in a wide range of industriesBuild and manage client relationships to provide support and create solutions for their business, taxation, and accounting requirementsPrepare, review, and analyse Management Financial StatementsPrepare and review year-end tax planning reports to present to clientsMentor, coach and develop junior team members

About You

You are an experienced public practice accountant seeking a role that offers greater responsibility, meaningful client relationships and a clear pathway for long-term career growth.

You Will Bring

6+ years' experience in public practice accountingCA or CPA qualification (or near completion)Strong technical taxation knowledge across individuals, trusts, companies and groupsExperience reviewing compliance work and managing client portfoliosExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft OfficeA proactive mindset and genuine interest in advisory services and emerging technology
