Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant for our Sydney branch.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) – this is essential

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory/order systems is a plus

• Proactive team player with attention to detail

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and issue invoices in the system

• Communicate with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, deposits, and payments

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track order progress and delivery schedules

• Maintain accurate product and order information

• Assist in the showroom with customer visits and sales

• Respond promptly to customer emails and internal team messages

• Support picking, packing, and delivery during busy periods

• Distribute new arrival images to customers and follow up on payments and delivery updates

• Check inventory levels and communicate restock or shortage information

• Handle customer returns and issue credit notes

• Prepare sales reports, weekly updates, and monthly cash reports

• Organize new arrivals and assist with collection launches or promotions

• Maintain organized records of invoices, orders, and shipping documents

• Support reconciliation between sales, warehouse, and accounting departments
