The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of marketing activities, including social media, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, lead generation and campaign reporting.

You’ll assist with creating engaging content, attend shoots at our display homes, client builds and events, support our digital advertising campaigns and help keep our website and marketing channels fresh and up to date.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to bring the New Choice Homes brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging social media content using Canva and CapCut

• Support social media campaigns, content planning and client milestone content

• Coordinate content shoots with clients, staff, suppliers and external partners

• Research social media trends, competitors and new content opportunities

• Assist with creating lead-generation advertising content

• Support Meta and TikTok campaign setup, optimisation and reporting

• Update and maintain website content through WordPress

• Create SEO-friendly blogs and campaign landing pages

• Assist with capturing key construction milestones, progress updates and client testimonials

About You

• Experience creating and publishing social media content

• Strong photography, videography and video editing skills

• Creative, confident and well organised

• Basic knowledge of Meta ads and TikTok advertising (or willingness to learn)

• Valid Driver's Licence & Reliable Vehicle

• Marketing or communications qualifications
