Administration & Sales Support

About the role

We're looking for an Administration & Sales Support person to join our Yatala team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a long-term career in administration & sales. You'll support our sales and operations team, help deliver a great customer experience, and be the link between our sales and warehouse departments. As you build your skills, there's a genuine future opportunity to grow into a broader all-rounder role, including support during peak trading periods and staff leave cover.

Key responsibilities

• Support our internal and field sales teams to help meet sales targets

• Assist with data entry, order processing, and day-to-day sales administration

• Help identify improvements to sales systems and processes to boost customer satisfaction

• Assist with reporting on sales metrics and performance

• Collaborate with other departments to keep workflows running smoothly

About you

• A great, upbeat and energetic attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Adaptability and a willingness to problem-solve and make decisions

• Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new systems (MS Office skills helpful; MYOB experience a bonus, not required)

• Any exposure to customer service, sales, or the building/construction or manufacturing industries is a bonus — but not essential

• Own transport is recommended (on-site parking available)
