We’re Hiring For Our Appointment Setter Team

RESINC Solar is growing, and so are our customer teams.

We’re looking for experienced call centre professionals to join our Newstead Head Office.

We want people who know how to manage conversations, build rapport quickly, keep customers engaged, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

If you have worked in contact centres, scheduling, customer care, insurance, energy, finance, retention, inbound/outbound sales support, or appointment setting, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Appointments Setter

Become part of the team supporting customers throughout their journey with RESINC.

You may be involved in:

• Making outbound calls to warm and qualified leads

• Having engaging, high-quality conversations with customers

• Booking appointments for our solar consultants

• Accurately updating notes and outcomes in Zoho CRM

• Working towards daily and weekly KPIs in a supportive team environment

We want people who already know the pace of a call centre.
