About the role:
The Facilitator will engage collaboratively to conduct high-quality research and creative activities, with mentorship from leaders within the research team.
The facilitator will play a key role in supporting the delivery and evaluation of a family-based clinical trial for children experiencing anxiety. The role focuses on facilitating engaging online group sessions for children and their parents/carers within the lifestyle therapy arm of a MRFF funded randomised controlled trial. This will include creating a positive and supportive participant experience that encourages engagement and retention, while delivering evidence-informed lifestyle approaches for mental health and maintaining adherence to study protocols and research governance requirements. The facilitator will also support participant recruitment and retention, collect high-quality research data, and contribute to trial implementation, fidelity and evaluation activities.
