Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing electrical business? We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Macquarie Park!

As our Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle inbound inquiries, schedule jobs, coordinate technicians, and manage basic bookkeeping tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organised.

- Answering phone and email inquiries from customers and clients.
- Booking and scheduling jobs for technicians Coordinating and dispatching technicians based on job requirements.
- Managing job scheduling and workflow through SimPRO (preferred).
- Processing and reconciling payments in Xero.
- Organising materials and ensuring job requirements are met.
- Communicating with customers regarding job updates and service expectations.
- General administration duties to support the team.

It's an admin/front of house role, full time. You'd be the first point of contact for our customers so we need someone with a great phone manner and a friendly, bubbly personality. The kind of person who genuinely enjoys talking to people!

Open to all experience levels, whether you've done something similar before or you're just starting out in the workforce, we're happy to train the right person. The main thing is just having the right attitude.
