Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to fill a full time position in our Cairns office. This role is pivotal to our goal of providing exceptional customer service to our valued customer base and requires a high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task.

 Responsibilities:

• Customer liaison - fielding customer enquiries, logging and following up workorders and scheduling site attendances.

• Scheduling of field service staff

• Maintaining accurate data records within our field software.

• Managing and scheduling site specific staff inductions and permits.

• Compiling reports and associated information for weekly meetings.

• Providing administrative support to divisional managers when required.

• Carrying out duties with conduct and communication that contributes to a high standard of customer service and enhances the company's reputation.

• Carry out all duties in accordance with our Integrated Management System.
