The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and confident picking up the phone to generate new business opportunities. You'll enjoy prospecting, booking appraisals, nurturing buyer relationships and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

This is a full-time position based in our Cronulla office, working Monday to Saturday with a half-day RDO during the week.

Duties Include

• Prospecting prospective vendors and buyers through warm and cold outbound calls
• Booking market appraisals from a premium database
• Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process
• Maintaining and updating Agentbox and CRM systems
• Attending and assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
• Conducting OFI callbacks and preparing buyer feedback reports
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Working towards daily and weekly prospecting and sales targets
• Attending sales training, team meetings and company events
• Using systems including Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, realestate.com.au, Domain, Realhub, Smartsheets and social media platforms

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
• Ideally 6–12 months' experience in real estate, sales or business development
• Confidence making outbound prospecting calls
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• High attention to detail
• A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
• A polished and professional presentation
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in residential real estate
