About the role

You'll manage a caseload spanning residential and commercial conveyancing and family law matters, providing hands-on advice and representation to a varied client base. Experience or interest in migration law is highly regarded, as there may be opportunities to assist with visa and sponsorship matters as the practice grows.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Current practising certificate in your relevant state (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Solid experience in property/conveyancing and family law
• Migration law experience or interest preferred, but not essential
• Strong drafting and client advisory skills
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
