Delivery Experience Officer

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced full-time Delivery Experience Officer for a 12-month maternity leave contract, with potential for an ongoing position as the business grows.

The key competencies for this role are:

• Previous experience in Customer Service & Logistics
• Intermediate level Microsoft suite skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbally and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organisational skills,
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Forward thinker who can work with limited supervision and provide/deliver exceptional customer solutions

The role is onsite at our HQ in Scoresby Mon – Fri.

What the role entails:  

Reporting to the Delivery Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating logistic functions within the business including freight for internal and external clients:

• Co-ordinate all deliveries and returns of goods nationally including completed orders, floorstock, loans and homewares according to Jardan requirements
• Assist with the delivery and return of all export orders 
• Source freight quotes with our quotes with 3PL’s
• Co-ordinate storage of goods onsite as well as with third party carriers
• Co-ordinate damage in transit reports and claims
• Communicate operational status and freight queries of orders to sales teams and external clients
• Co-ordinate stocktake with 3PL of floor stock and finished goods
• Assist with Showroom Shuffle admin and distribution of stock
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL, sales and operational teams
• Manage 3PL freight pricing in FM (CRM)
• General administration & reporting duties
